Red Tiger STR - UV pike fly

Red Tiger STR is a full-blooded provocateur – intense red combined with perch-style stripes catches the eye of even the laziest predators. Tied entirely from our custom Nayat in Brillant Red – the only UV-active red Nayat available on the market.
This pike streamer comes in two sizes: 13 cm and 18 cm, allowing you to match the fly to water conditions and fish activity.
The unique UV activity enhances the fly’s visibility underwater – especially in conditions where standard reds quickly fade. UV-reactive colors respond more strongly to sunlight, boosting the bait’s signal in deeper or murkier water.

This streamer casts light and accurately – no problem even with a #8 rod, but truly shines with a #9.
During the cast, it sheds water fast and folds into a slim missile.
In the water, it expands, pulses, and flows – giving off a strong yet natural signal.
It appears bulky, but stays light and easy to retrieve.
You don’t need to overwork it – but if you do, it can surprise with its erratic action.
It also performs well on a spinning setup.
Just add a Cheburashka weight and retrieve it however you like – vertically, fan-cast, or straight line.
A baitfish pattern that gets bites from the first cast – no overthinking needed.
