Tarpon Mullet STM - Pike streamer

Tarpon Mullet STM is the pike version of one of the most iconic flies in the history of Pike Terror Flies. An exceptionally versatile pattern – highly effective for many exotic species in larger sizes, but also a proven choice for native pike. This is the very fly responsible for the biggest fish in our portfolio, including the world-record Peacock Bass caught by Rodrigo Sales.

Available in two lengths: 13 cm and 18 cm – choose the right size depending on water conditions and fish activity.

The fly casts light and accurate – easily handled even with a #8 rod, but works best with #9.
Sheds water quickly during false casts and folds into a streamlined bullet shape.
In the water it swells, pulses, and undulates – giving off a strong yet natural signal.
Visually large, yet light and easy to control.
You don’t have to animate it – but if you give it some hand action, it can surprise with unpredictable moves.

It also works great with a spinning rod.
Just add a Cheburashka and fish it your way – on the drop, like a jerkbait, or however you like best.
