Online store regulations
§1 General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store operated at www.piketerror.com, run by FTP Izabela Bogdanowicz, located at ul. Druskiennicka 54/2, 81-553 Gdynia, Poland (this is also the address for correspondence), with VAT number (NIP) 5861793223.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions are permanently available on the website www.piketerror.com in a manner that allows Clients to access, reproduce, and store their content. The Terms and Conditions are also made available to Clients before concluding any agreement.
§2 Definitions
2.1. Consumer – a natural person as defined in Article 221 of the Civil Code.
2.2. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, if the content of the agreement shows it is not of a professional nature for that person, based on the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).
2.3. Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity in their own name.
2.4. Seller – Izabela Bogdanowicz operating under the business name FTP Izabela Bogdanowicz.
2.5. Online Store – the store operated at www.piketerror.com by FTP Izabela Bogdanowicz.
2.6. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 2020.1740).
2.7. Goods and Services – any services provided or goods sold under a sales agreement between the Seller and Buyer.
2.8. Terms and Conditions – these terms of electronic service provision under Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws 2020.344).
2.9. Client/Buyer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, with legal capacity, who places or intends to place an Order via the Online Store, including Consumers, Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, and Entrepreneurs.
2.10. Order – a declaration of will by the Client to purchase a specified quantity and type of Goods at the price listed on the Online Store.
2.11. Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2020.287).
§3 Terms of Use of the Online Store
3.1. All prices listed in the store include VAT and are expressed in Polish zlotys. Payments in foreign currencies are only available via SumUp (www.sumup.com) and subject to their terms.
3.2. Prices and product descriptions are commercial information and not a binding offer under the Civil Code. Products are handmade using unique materials. Product images are illustrative only and do not represent the exact item to be received.
3.3. A sales contract is concluded once the Seller confirms order acceptance.
3.3. Discount codes may be used for purchases; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.4. Placing an order requires accepting these Terms and Conditions.
3.5. A device with internet access and a modern browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) is required to place an order.
3.6. The website uses Responsive Web Design (RWD) and is adapted for desktop and mobile devices.
3.7. The website is secured with an SSL certificate.
§4 Conditions of Sale
4.1. Orders are placed via forms available on the Store website.
4.2. The Client must provide accurate personal information.
4.3. The Seller confirms the order by email, which constitutes the contract.
4.4. The agreement is documented by these Terms and Conditions and confirmation email.
4.5. Orders can be placed 24/7.
4.6. Clients from outside the EU or wishing to place custom orders must contact the Seller directly.
§5 Payment Methods
5.1. Payment is made via bank transfer or SumUp.
5.2. Clients receive payment details by email after placing an order.
5.3. External payment platforms like SumUp may be used.
5.4. Payment must be made within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, the Seller may cancel the order.
§6 Delivery
6.1. Delivery is available within the European Union. The Client must provide a valid EU delivery address.
6.2. Standard shipping time is up to 2 business days from order/payment.
6.3. Deliveries are made via postal or courier services.
6.4. Clients are notified by email once the order is shipped.
6.5. Personal pickup is available upon arrangement.
6.6. Shipping costs are listed during checkout.
6.7. Receipt confirmation is required upon delivery.
§7 Withdrawal from the Agreement
7.1. Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.
7.2. Withdrawal must be declared using the form provided by the Seller (email or postal).
7.3. The withdrawal form is provided both in paper and electronic formats.
7.4. The Seller confirms receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
7.5. The Seller covers return costs unless the consumer chooses a more expensive delivery method.
7.6. The Buyer must secure the returned goods properly.
7.7. Goods must be returned within 14 days.
7.8. Used or damaged goods may reduce the refund amount.
7.9. Refunds are issued within 14 days to the Buyer’s bank account.
7.10. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7.11. No withdrawal is possible for custom-made products.
7.12. The Buyer confirms being informed of the right of withdrawal when placing the order.
§8 Complaints
8.1. The Seller’s liability is defined by law and these Terms.
8.2. The Seller must deliver goods free of defects.
8.3. Complaints should be submitted to piketerrorflies@gmail.com with a description and documentation of the defect.
8.4. The Seller will respond within 14 days.

§9 Reviews
9.1. Reviews are published only after approval.
9.2. Reviews reflect clients' opinions; the Seller is not responsible for their content.
9.3. Clients are responsible for their posted content.
9.4. Reviews are verified for prohibited content.
§10 Personal Data
10.1. The Seller is the data controller.
10.2. Privacy policy is available on the website.
§11 Final Provisions
11.1. The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons with at least 7 days’ notice.
11.2. The new Terms are binding if the Client is properly informed and does not terminate the contract within 14 days.
11.3. Clients must not post illegal content.
11.4. The applicable law is Polish law.
11.5. These Terms are available at [website address].
11.6. Contracts are concluded in Polish and under Polish law.
11.7. These Terms are effective from 01.05.2024.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Poland and selected EU countries.
Shipping costs within Poland:
– 17 PLN for InPost parcel lockers,
– 20 PLN for InPost courier.
International shipping is handled by courier (mainly DPD), cost ranges from 40 PLN to 100 PLN (ca.10-24 EUR) depending on country and weight. Final cost is shown at checkout.
No cash-on-delivery shipments.
Order processing (packing + shipping) takes 1–7 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Complaints
We accept returns only for faulty or damaged products. Contact us via email within 14 days of delivery.
Custom-made products (e.g., flies on special request) are not returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a product is defective, we will offer repair, refund, or replacement.
