2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) accepting and fulfilling orders, processing payments, arranging delivery and communicating about an order – under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
b) handling returns, withdrawals from contracts and complaints – under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR;
c) complying with tax, accounting and legal obligations – under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
d) answering enquiries and conducting correspondence – under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
e) establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims – under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
f) compiling statistics and analysing the use of the website through Google Analytics 4 and Wix tools – on the basis of consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The Controller may process data provided when an order is placed or when the Store is contacted, including in particular:

c) email address and telephone number;
d) company details and Tax Identification Number (NIP), where provided;
e) information concerning the order, delivery and payment;
f) information provided in correspondence, a complaint or a notice of withdrawal from the contract;
g) technical and statistical data connected with the use of the website, where the user has consented to analytical cookies.
The Controller does not receive full payment-card details. Payment data are processed by the selected payment service provider.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Data may be disclosed to entities necessary for operating the Store and fulfilling orders, including in particular:

c) courier companies, parcel-locker operators and postal operators;

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
