Gold Holographic Tab Eyes 6 & 12 mm – eyes for streamers
 
 
Gold Holographic Tab Eyes are available in two sizes. The smaller 6 mm size works well in small baitfish patterns and Baby Streamers, while 12 mm is designed for large pike, huchen and taimen flies. The strong gold reflection works particularly well with olive, brown, yellow, copper and black patterns.
 
 
Tab Eyes are an original Pike Terror design. The eyes are joined by a flexible mounting strip, which helps position them evenly on both sides of the fly and allows the head to be finished in two ways:
 
 
 
 
reverse mounting – with the strip directed towards the inside of the fly,
 
 
classic mounting – with the strip positioned along the side, where it forms a distinct cheek.
 
 
 
This design speeds up mounting, helps maintain symmetry and gives the streamer a clean, repeatable finish.
 
For mounting, we recommend a flexible transparent adhesive that does not crack once cured as the material moves.
