Deep Purple is one of the most versatile patterns in this group. The large streamer works for tarpon, GT, roosterfish, jacks and tuna, as well as golden dorado, peacock bass, payara and arapaima.

The fly is built on a hand-twisted Dubbing Brush made from Nayat (Snow Runner) and Pike Terror Flash. It maintains a clear baitfish profile, remains light for its size and tracks steadily at different retrieve speeds.

The same pattern can be tied with either a slim or a broader profile. The best choice depends on the fishery, retrieve and target species. If no preference is provided, we will tie the standard, broader profile.
