Tarpon Mullet is one of Pike Terror's most recognisable patterns. Depending on the size, the streamer works for tarpon, peacock bass also known as tucunaré, and arapaima, also known as pirarucu. Rodrigo Salles caught a record peacock bass on this pattern, and the catch was officially recognised by the IGFA as a world record.

The construction is based on a hand-twisted Dubbing Brush made from Nayat (Snow Runner) and Pike Terror Flash. The large baitfish retains its volume, remains light for its size and tracks steadily at different retrieve speeds.

The same pattern can be tied with either a slim or a broader profile. The best choice depends on the fishery, retrieve and target species. If no preference is provided, we will tie the standard, broader profile.
